2010 Registration by Mail |

We still have openings in all age groups and we are accepting registrations by mail, subject to available space on our teams until further notice.
What you will need to register by mail:
- 1" x 1" color photograph of your player
- Completed registration form
- Completed OYSC short form. Include this form even if you are not purchasing a uniform
- Check for your registration fee plus any uniform purchases made out to OYSC. Registration is $70. Uniforms costs are; jersey $22, shorts $12 and socks $6.
- If you have a new player to Orangevale Youth Soccer please include a copy of their certified birth certificate for us to keep (Hospital and Baptismal certificates will not be accepted.)
You will need to download the following two forms. The 2010 Player Registration Form and the OYSC Short Form.
Each form can be filled out on the computer. Print two copies of the 2010 Player Registration Form and two copies of the OYSC Short Form. Make sure you sign the medical release section on both copies of the 2010 Player Registration Form. Review both forms and make sure everything is filled out correctly. Also, make sure you have selected the correct uniform sizes.

Please donate your used or unwanted soccer equipment. |
In this challenging economy, not every child may be able to afford the equipment necessary to play. Please help by donating equipment that is no longer needed because your child has outgrown it or no longer needs it. Soccer equipment is often used only one season and would be appreciated by those who can’t afford new items each year.
We would like to collect balls, cleats, shin guards, OV uniforms, shorts and socks that are clean and in good condition and make them available to children that might not otherwise be able to participate.
Please drop off your donated items at one of the four OYSC 2009 Registration nights. Donated items will be available to those interested during registration or by contacting Larry Radcliff. |
